1. Acceptance of Terms

By using BuxReward ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use BuxReward.

2. Disclaimer — Not Affiliated with Roblox

BuxReward is NOT affiliated with, maintained, authorized, endorsed, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or any of its affiliates. "Roblox" and "Robux" are registered trademarks of Roblox Corporation. BuxReward is an independent third-party rewards platform. Use of Roblox trademarks is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement.

3. How the Service Works

BuxReward allows users to earn virtual currency credits ("Robux balance") by completing third-party offers, following social media accounts, and referring friends. Accumulated credits can be redeemed for Roblox gift cards or Robux at the platform's discretion, subject to admin approval.

4. User Accounts

  • You may only create one account per person
  • You must provide accurate Roblox username information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • Account sharing, selling, or transferring is prohibited
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

5. Offers and Rewards

  • Offer availability and payouts are subject to change without notice
  • Rewards are subject to admin review and approval
  • We reserve the right to deny or reverse fraudulent conversions
  • Completing offers with false information, bots, or VPNs is prohibited
  • Reward values are determined at our sole discretion

6. Referral Program

Users may earn a percentage of their referred users' earnings. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and referral abuse will result in account termination and forfeiture of all earned rewards.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Using bots, scripts, or automated tools
  • VPN or proxy use to manipulate offer geo-targeting
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Attempting to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the platform
  • Engaging in any form of fraud

8. Limitation of Liability

BuxReward is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of rewards, account suspension, or third-party offer issues. Our total liability is limited to the value of rewards earned in your account.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms, reward rates, or any aspect of the Service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the platform.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, any unredeemed rewards may be forfeited.
